The discovery session questionnaire is one of the first stages to understanding everything at a glance about the challenge. It tackles all the different aspects of the project from the company's roots.
With this document, we arrange further meetings to discuss it and define the different areas of the project we would start working on (backlog, KPIs, process, materials, and more).
With all the information gathered during the discovery session, we started exploring structures with an easy and fast understanding of the value proposition, taking into account the final users: creators, investors, and fans. The idea was to mix a little disruption with good practices in the different sections. The motivation was simple: To sign up to create content or to subscribe to their favorite creator's exclusive content.
Following the same approach to the website, we started building the application. After a couple of meetings sharing thoughts with the client and building the final user flow for the 2 different actors (creators and fans), we started designing the different journeys.
It was a challenge to simplify the different sections of both users: A dashboard for accountability of the creators, different options to promote and facilitate content, customization, clean navigation through content for fans, and accessibility, among others.
