The challenge:
The client was opening a new company; they wanted to take advantage of all the experience and knowledge to enter the market with more force than before. We designed a memorable, attractive brand that meets the needs of consultants but, at the same time, is modern aesthetic, and close. We treated the information synthetically so that the client understood what they do, how they do it, and why it has to be they.

The discovery session questionnaire is one of the first stages to understanding everything at a glance about the challenge. It tackles all the different aspects of the project from the company's roots.

With this document, we arrange further meetings to discuss it and define the different areas of the project we would start working on (backlog, KPIs, process, materials, and more).
